Niagara College - St. Catharines, Ontario

“For several years we have experienced problems with the floor covering in the After Hours SAC building… Upon investigation it was found that moisture was causing the sealant between the flooring material and concrete to break down due to excessive moisture content. To date there has been no evidence that a moisture issue exists or is the cause of any floor covering material failure.”

The ownership group wanted vibrant colors for the front podium of their wishing well waterfall. For added distinction, the entire decorative outlay was raised 1/4" off the existing concrete and sealed with water base sealers for added protection.

East Side Marios wanted the look of mottled soft tones in two different translucent colors. This creative design is one of many venues available when installing Ardex SD-T concrete topping as a finished floor.
