Simpson Pharmacy of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario experienced a major set-back when they found three different surfaces, on grade concrete, suspended core slab + plywood flooring @ different elevations during a new design build.
Their intention was to install vinyl laminate with a very distinguishing pattern, very revealing. Surface Design Systems pre-levelled various areas to meet at a 0” transition of all the above mentioned floor surfaces and neatly capped all pre-levelling with Mapei Ultra Plan I self levelling underlayment.
Our customer was delighted with the end results of the over all appearance the laminate displayed over top of our design add mixture and levelling components.
